About Us

Parker Art School teacher Mrs Sadi has worked as a professional artist for the passed fourteen years

Meet Mrs Sadi

My creative journey began as a young child doing arts and crafts with my mother and siblings around the dining room table. I quickly fell in love with the creative process and got my first job working in a ceramic studio at 13. By 19, I owned my own art business specialized in watercolors, clay, ceramics and photography! Over the last 14 years I have run my studio together with my husband and enjoyed

working internationally as well as locally as a professional artist and portrait/travel photographer. My goal is to bring a fun lively atmosphere to the studio environment and work one on one with students to help them grow in their own art journey. Over the course of my career I have enjoyed teaching students of all ages, children and adults alike, to find their voice in their artworks and pursue what they are passionate about. With our new fall session starting I am looking forward to meeting your student and giving them the tools and skills they need to create the masterpieces they have in their imaginations.

Mr Kyle is a professional artist, photographer and videographer and loves glass fusion

Meet Mr Kyle

Hi, I am Mr Kyle, I  started my art journey out of high school when I went to college for Graphic Design. Over the last decade I have worked as a professional wedding videographer and drone videographer. When I am not in the studio teaching classes I am spending time with my children and wife. I enjoy painting Star Wars miniatures and video games, kayaking and board game nights. My favorite classes to teach are the glass fusion classes and anything Star Wars themed.

PARKER ART SCHOOL Philosophy

Just as we are taught how to combine basic phonetic rules to read, musical notes to play an instrument, and dance steps to dance, the Monart Method teaches the individual to draw using The Five Basic Elements of Shape.

Once students recognize these elements, they are guided as to how they might combine them on paper so that their drawings represent what they see.

Students explore a wide range of subject matter, media, and artistic techniques so that students may continually develop their skills at their own pace.

The Alford family purchased Parker art school, previously Monart, in august 2022

Our Family

Parker Art school is a family owned and operated studio in Parker CO. Kyle and I have worked together for the last 13 years running a very successful photography studio and enjoy spending our days together at work. You will often see our kiddos, Kilyk and Ella, in the studio washing brushes and rolling clay for classes as well. Their love of art has been an important thing we have fostered since they were toddlers and we love that they want to come in to work with us when they aren't busy with their extra curriculars.

Sadi and Kyle are the main teachers at Parker Art School along with Molly

  • Perspective:  Visual arts teach learners about color, layout, perspective, and balance: all techniques that are necessary in presentations.
